About the event
We will explore the perspective of the Taiji Symbol as a torus, the geometric nature of Heaven and Earth, and the emergence of the imperial and ministerial fires from that underlying geometry. We will explore the dynamics of this multidimensional interaction, its mapping to the human microcosm, its application in medicine and the human experience. This includes the manifestation of the 6 qi of pure consciousness into 5 elemental form, as outlined in the Wu Yun Liu Qi, found in chapters 66-74 of the Nei Jing Su Wen.
Furthermore, the material will serve to demystify the roles of the ministerial and imperial fires, the harmonization of shaoyang and shaoyin, the role of the San Jiao, Chong Mai, Dan Tiens and much more.
The course will also introduce the lost art of permutations of the I Ching, as taught by the Dong Han Daoist Clan. Through understanding our own inner structure, we come to know above and below, the large and the small, the near and the far, and within and without.
