Autum Kirgan

Dr. Autum Kirgan brings over two decades of wellness experience and nearly a decade of clinical acupuncture expertise to her role as Practice Management faculty at Daoist Traditions College. An alumna of the college, she earned both her Master’s (2015) and Doctorate (2022) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, along with certification as a Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist. Since opening her practice in 2015, she has directed multiple multidisciplinary clinics and now leads South Slope Acupuncture & Wellness in Asheville, NC, specializing in chronic pain, sports medicine, and pelvic health. With advanced training under internationally recognized leaders, including teaching and cadaver lab instruction, Dr. Kirgan teaches practice management, business development, and orthopedic applications while also lecturing nationally and internationally on sports medicine acupuncture. She combines clinical excellence, business leadership, and a passion for education to prepare the next generation of acupuncturists for success in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.
